THE NEXT MORNING....

I wake up and look over at Velvet laying beside me in bed, remembering the events from the night before.

I smiled as I slept with my branded hand to my chest, I rolled over and smiled as I remembered what happened in such a small time span. I let out a happy sigh still with my branded hand to my chest.

I smiled and moved my head to lay it on Chris' chest as he kissed me and i said "Really good hun. How about you?" I moved my branded hand from my chest and it looked a bit different it had another name in it, I gently stroked it and it wasn't one heart with Cassie in the middle there was another shape which i couldn't tell what it was, I didn't worry about it and placed it next to my head on Chris' chest.

"Mine was wonderful with you by my side." I say, then notice the new addition to her hand: two tails entwining the heart, my name having replaced that of Cassie. "Velvet, do you see the change in that mark?" I ask.

she yawns rolling over to see matt on the floor beside her and she scrambles up and gets on the couch "sleeping on the floor...no chance who you might roll into " she giggled quietly and went to the kitchen and pushed a button on the little robot she made so many yeas before and it started cooking breakfast

I smiled and moved my hand down Chris body and said "Yes I did Chris, I don't know how it did though that me explain why it was glowing yesterday." Matt also woke up a few minutes after Suki. I followed her into the kitchen but lent against the door frame watched the robot do breakfast he dropped his head and a bit of his hair covered his golden eyes as he watched.

I start tracing Velvet's Guardian Mark as she continues to run her hand across my body. "Have I mentioned that you're beautiful, Velvet?" I ask, tracing the Mark lightly.
